We offer a 3-day easy exchange policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. For “change of mind” returns, the product must be unused with all tags intact, and the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60 (Delivery within 24–48 hours).

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120 (Delivery within 3–5 business days).

  • Note: We offer Free Delivery on orders above ৳3,000!

Yes! We pride ourselves on sourcing high-quality materials (Premium PU leather, Genuine Leather, and high-grade metal hardware). Every product undergoes a strict quality check before being shipped.

  • Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust.

  • Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

  • Store in the provided dust bag when not in use to prevent scratches.

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the product has left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still opt for an exchange upon delivery.
